Manage your older subscriptions
Need to check your current tier status or stop a recurring subscription that is not listed on your account page? It was likely purchased on our older shop, and you can securely manage it directly through the Tebex Portal.
- Head over to the official Tebex Payment History Portal.
- Enter the exact email address you used during your checkout.
- You will receive a secure login link via email to view your active recurring plans and cancel them with a single click.
Note: because payments are securely handled by the gateway, subscription tiers cannot be cancelled directly in game. Please use the portal link above.
Moving over? Cancel your old plan in the portal, then re-subscribe on our new store. Same price, same perks, and it shows up right on your account page.
