Who we are

This store is operated by Xero Media LLC ("we", "us"), the operator of the Sanguine Rust game server and sanguinerust.com. Questions, complaints, or inquiries can be directed to [email protected].

What you are buying

Everything sold here is a virtual item, perk, or service that exists only on the Sanguine Rust game server. Purchases are delivered automatically to the Steam account you select. Virtual items have no real world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred outside the server. You are buying a license to use them on our server, not ownership of anything.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank details. Prices are shown in USD and the amount displayed at checkout is the amount charged. You must be authorized to use the payment method you pay with. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must approve the purchase.

Delivery

Items are delivered to the game server automatically after payment, normally within seconds. If a delivery fails (for example the server is restarting), it is queued and re run by an administrator. If something you paid for has not arrived, contact us and we will make it right.

Refunds

All sales are final. Because virtual items are delivered instantly and can be consumed immediately, purchases are not refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion. Opening a payment dispute or chargeback for items that were delivered may result in the removal of the items and suspension of store or server access. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first at [email protected] and we will work it out.

Subscriptions

Subscription tiers bill automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; your benefits continue until the end of the period you already paid for, and no partial refunds are issued. Subscriptions purchased on our older shop are managed through the Tebex portal.

Wipes, updates, and changes

Sanguine Rust is a survival game server that wipes on a schedule. Consumable items (such as case keys) may be spent or lost through normal play, and in game progress resets with wipes as described on each product. Permanent unlocks persist across wipes as described. We may adjust, rebalance, or discontinue items and perks as the game and server evolve; such changes apply going forward and do not entitle a refund for past purchases.

Gifting

Some purchases can be delivered to another Steam account. The buyer remains responsible for the payment, and gifted items are subject to these same terms in the hands of the recipient.

Discount and reward codes

Codes are provided at our discretion, may be limited in number or time, and may be disabled at any time. Abuse of codes (including self referrals through alternate accounts) may result in removal of rewards.

Server rules and bans

Purchases do not exempt anyone from server rules. If your access to the server is suspended or revoked for breaking the rules, purchases are not refunded. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Service provided as is

The server and store are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xero Media LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the server or store; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one in effect, and continued use of the store after changes means you accept them.
